2010-2011 ONLINE REP REGISTRATION

Payment forms accepted for online registration:

Rep Registration includes the registration deposit only. You will be required to pay the balance if your Player is selected to a Rep Team (see Rep Hockey Program for fee details).

Thank you for choosing to register online! You will receive a call with your first skate time.

IMPORTANT

One EFCL Corporate Fee PER FAMILY is mandatory, so please be sure to select to add it to your registration unless you have all ready paid it with another child's registration. Your Player will not be added to the call lists for camps unless this step is completed.

Please note - this is for Rep Tryouts ONLY. If you wish to register your Player for House Hockey, please click through to your clubs website for information.

IMPORTANT - CHEQUE PAYMENTS:
***YOUR PLAYER WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE CALL LISTS FOR ICE TIMES UNTIL THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE COMPLETED! CONDITIONING CAMPS HAVE LIMITED ROOM, SO BE SURE TO SEND YOUR PAYMENT IN QUICKLY TO ENSURE YOUR SPOT IS RESERVED.***

The pay-by-cheque option will be available online until August 2nd, after that it will revert to Visa and MasterCard only. If you choose to pay by cheque, your registration will not be complete until your payment is received at the KC Office. Please make your cheque out to 'KC Hockey', and date it for no later than August 4, 2010. Mail or drop your cheque off ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION RECEIPT to the KC Office.
