BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Knights of Columbus Hockey Association is unique among EMHA organizations in terms of structure. The prime responsibility of the Board is to raise money and manage the K of C assets. The actual operation of the K of C hockey program revolves around the Hockey Committee. However, ultimate responsibility for the operation of the K of C program rests with the Board of Directors. The Board plays no active role in the operation of the hockey program at the ice level. Responsibility for that function rests with the Hockey Committee. The Board of Directors have the sole authority to remove Parish Managers or Operations people from their program and to admit Parishes into the program. The Board may act as an appeal agency on matters within its jurisdiction.
